Art Secret Cultivates Concept Art Showing

Contemporary art and luxurious properties combine to create dialogue with artists’ work.

Firm believers in the concept that ‘art is constant’, Art Secret uses private penthouses, mansions, and loft apartments in cities around the world to recreate the personal feeling of being in a collector’s house or an artist’s studio. Unlike the halls of art galleries, where artworks are placed under dusty glass and white-line barriers (losing the dialogue with the audience in the process), Art Secret aims to reanimate that communication. With a number of successful events held in London, Moscow, and Monaco, Art Secret brings a fresh perspective to immersive art experiences for the discerning cultural consumer providing an entirely new platform for young artists, and art lovers around the world.

Their latest showing, in partnership with prestigious property development company, St George of the Berkeley Group, presented an exclusive London show featuring the works of Fabio Lattanzi Antinori. His work uses a range of mediums, which includes sculpture, print, and interactive installations. A graduate of Goldsmiths University, it was there that Fabio created one of his major works of art, Dataflags (exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum in 2014). Dataflags is an interactive audio sculpture/installation that deals with the notion of the corporates’ system, and the role of data in society, using a mix of traditional materials and new technologies. His aim is to ‘explore the opaque mechanisms by which the dominant political and economic powers shape reality and ultimately inform notions of faith and trust in the society at large.’

Typical of these events, a long list of VIPs and celebrities made up the attendees. Luxury automotive company Rolls Royce also displayed their newest model of the highly revered Rolls Royce Dawn. Opera performances provided the entertainment and the perfect sonic backdrop for the works of art. Dedicated to philanthropy, Art Secret has donated 10 percent of each artwork sale from the night to the Gracious Heart Foundation, a charity aimed at helping families with children affected by Cerebral Palsy.

From a private yacht in Monaco (Eddy Bogaert during the Monaco Yacht Show 2016), the Depre Loft in Moscow (Cecile Plaisance), Seahorse Island Villa in Dubai to a private villa in Cannes during the Cannes Film Festival, these pop up events are sure to be all the buzz for months to come.
