- By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.
- The entrant acknowledges that he/she has been given enough time to read these terms and conditions.
- The competition is open to entrants in South Africa.
- The giveaway will run from 18 – 21 December 2018. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- The double tickets are valued at R7000 and includes:
- Entry to a decorated private marquee positioned along the racetrack
- Private bar as well as a dedicated waiter for table service
- Complimentary L’Ormarins Brut, selected red and white Anthonij Rupert Wyne, Heineken and water
- Complimentary light lunch and snacks throughout the day

- General entrance to the day and after party as well as entrance to the Stud Club, alongside the BMW Gentleman’s Racer Lounge
- The ticket excludes flights and accommodation.
- Entrants must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older to enter.
- All entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winners.
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that his or her details are correct. Private Edition and BMW will not be held liable in any way relating to incorrect information provided.
- The winners will be contacted telephonically or via email and will receive their prizes by post.
- If a selected winner is not successfully contactable within 7 (seven) working days from the time of draw, Private Edition reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
- Winners will be required to consent or decline to participate in any marketing activity or have their image or name used by Private Edition and BMW in any way.
- Any information disclosed by entrants will only be used to contact the entrant, should they be selected as a winner.
- Private Edition and BMW will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the winning participants when entering the competition.
- The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This giveaway is not open to employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of The Publishing Partnership and BMW, the sponsor of the prizes, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, or the family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organisations and persons.
- Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participating in the competition or accepting the prizes.
- The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
