Could this be one of the most valuable collector cars sold?

The 1968 Mustang GT Driven by Steve McQueen in the classic film Bullitt will be auctioned by Mecum Auctions during the World’s Largest Collector Car auction early next year. After more than 40 years spent so well hidden that most believed it had been destroyed, the original Highland Green 1968 Mustang GT is now on the fast-track to joining the ranks of one of the most valuable American-made collector cars ever sold at auction.

Best of show

To celebrate a presence at Monterey Car Week 2019, Bentley is releasing new dynamic images of its visionary EXP 100 GT concept car. The car was crowned the coveted Best of Show prize at the pinnacle Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Bentley has launched a new and dedicated app, Bentley 100 AR, which uses a printable QR code to provide an augmented reality experience of the EXP 100 GT, allowing users to explore the exterior and interior of the concept car.

Aston Martin branches into architecture

The car manufacturer has officially launched a design service for car enthusiasts who want a unique way to showcase their cars. According to Dazeen, Aston Martin’s Automotive Galleries and Lairs is an extension to the company’s existing Q service, which enables customers to customise their Aston Martin models to suit their personal tastes. This offering aims to create bespoke garages and homes to widen the experience of owning a luxury car.
