How Graff’s record breaking jewel was created

Last week, at the Condé Nast International Luxury Conference in Cape Town, Laurence Graff announced the largest, highest colour and clarity diamond ever graded by the GIA. The Graff Lesedi La Rona marks a historic moment in diamond history.

This week’s Private Screening takes an in-depth look into the intricate 18-month process of analysing, cutting and polishing the Graff Lesedi La Rona after the 1109 carat rough diamond was discovered at the Lucara Karowe mine in Botswana.
