With its new Superocean collection, Breitling has updated and upgraded one of its best-loved and most successful watch families. Breitling Superocean watches have been well regarded for their diving prowess for more than 60 years, and while the new collection reflects the brand’s deep-water DNA, they’ll appeal to anyone who appreciates an active lifestyle.
Apart from the 48mm version, the remaining four models are in steel and have various water-resistance ratings commensurate with case size, with 2 000m for the 46mm version, 1 000m for the 44mm, 500m for the 42mm, and a still quite respectable 200m for the 36mm version. These four models also have unidirectional rotating bezels. All the new models feature the Breitling Caliber 17 (based on the familiar ETA 2824-2 automatic movement) with 38 hours of power reserve, and feature luminescent Super-LumiNova numerals, indexes, and hands, ensuring excellent readability in any conditions.
