The collection is the brainchild of renowned chef Rory MacDonald, who has worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe and is the owner of Pâtisserie Chanson in New York. He recently visited South Africa to work on the range with Coco Safar’s chefs, sourcing local produce and international ingredients to create unusual flavour combinations.
