Guests enjoying the Louis XIII cognac at The One & Only

Nobu chefs at The One & Only prepared a 6-course tasting menu, paired with 100-year-old Louis XIII cognac for just 15 Private Edition guests. Guiding us through the pairing was Louis XIII’s master cellar, Baptiste Loiseau, visiting South Africa from Cognac in France. It was a celebration of connoisseurship.
