A new look for the Classic Manufacture

Frederique Constant has been developing and producing its in-house Manufacture Calibers since 2004. The first caliber was the Heart Beat Manufacture, cal. FC-910 with its iconic aperture on the dial and mainplate at 6 o'clock position.

Development of the second base caliber, FC-700 by Frederique Constant started in 2008, where the main purpose was to transfer the watchmaking expertise of the Heart Beat Collection into more accessible timepieces. Thus, in 2012 the brand introduced the FC-710, as the entry price for the Manufacture Collection. In time, these models became such best-sellers that they remained within the collection.

This year, Frederique Constant honours this successful collection by bringing forward two new dial versions. A more vintage, art déco look takes over the dial in two variants, black and silver. The absent guillochage and slimmer printed Roman indexes make up for a very classical dial. These two timepieces feature a 42mm diameter steel case holding a handcrafted in-house movement.
The automatic FC-710 caliber is in-house developed, produced and assembled. The high-end finishing and the elegance of these manufacture pieces characterises this quintessential collection.

The hours, minutes, seconds and even the date by hand at 6 o’clock are all easily adjusted by the crown. The see-through backcase allows you to discover the highly decorated movement displaying perlage and circular Côtes de Genève decoration. This collection follows the Frederique Constant maxim by continuing to challenge its rival with its attractive price positioning for in-house manufacture timepieces.
